Primary Accountability: Responsible for, preventative maintenance, and repair ofa fleet of company owned equipment including but not limited to; smallequipment such as: leaf blowers, line trimmers, chain saws, concrete saws,water pumps, generators, pressure-washers, lawn mowers, light, medium, andheavy-duty trucks, trailers, and earth moving equipment.

Primary Responsibilities:.

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company owned equipment with gasoline and diesel engines to ensure proper operation.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on company owned pickup trucks, dump trucks and class 8 trucks and keeping them DOT compliant, safe and road ready.
• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on small motors, 2 cycle and 4 cycle engines, and other light heavy construction equipment.
• Knowledge of 12 and 24 volt electrical wiring.
• Complete paperwork as needed using computer software.
• M-F work schedule, overtime as needed based upon repair/service needs.
• Work safely in changing work environments.
• Must be able to keep a clean work area.
• Use of proper PPE when needed.

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

• Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) 
• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic computer skills
• Strong focus on Safety, Quality, Accountability, punctuality and Integrity
• Self-starter ability to perform with limited supervision.
• Must have tools to be able to perform standard maintenance and repairs.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Ability to work in severe weather conditions both hot and cold.
• Ability to stand and exert physical effort performing manual labor.
• Able to tolerate exposure to moderate noise levels.
